Michael Murphy, Ghassan Korban, Martin Matson, Mark Nicolini, and Mariano Schifalacqua Staff Assistant: Tobie Black, 286-2231; Fax: 286-3456, tblack@milwaukee.gov Fiscal Planning Specialist: Kathleen Brengosz, 286-3926, kbreng@milwaukee.gov Friday, April 15, 2011 1:30 PM Room 301-B, 3rd Floor, City Hall 2012 Capital Budget Hearing Meeting reconvened at 1:32 p.m. Presentations given by the following City departments on their proposed 2012 Capital Improvements budget requests: City Clerk- Jim Owczarski, Deputy City Clerk Dennis Geraghty, Manager, Channel 25 Mr. Owczarski discussed the requests for a Fiscal Planning Specialist for the Capital Improvements Committee, renovation of Legislative Reference Bureau facilities for the research staff, and the purchase of SAN (storage area network) storage for video and License Division system files, and Mr. Geraghty presented a PowerPoint on the request for an upgrade for Channel 25 equipment and facilities (please see the documents "City Clerk 2012 Capital Budget Request" and "City Clerk Capital Budget Presentation" attached to Common Council File 101154). Fire Department- Chief Mark Rohlfing, Fire Chief Aaron Lipski, Battalion Chief, Construction and Maintenance Bureau Chief Rohlfing presented a PowerPoint on the capital improvement requests for Fire Facilities Maintenance, Auxiliary Power Supply-Generator Replacement, and Fire Major Capital (Fleet) (please see the documents "Fire Department 2012 Capital Budget Request" and "Fire Department Capital Budget Presentation" attached to Common Council File 101154). Sewer Maintenance Fund Martin Aquino, Tim Thur, and Jeff Polenske, City Engineer Mr. Polenske and Mr. Aquino presented a PowerPoint summarizing two capital improvement requests: Facility Modifications Account and Facility Relocation (please see the documents "Sewer Maintenance Fund Capital Budget Request" and "April 15 DPW Capital Budget Presentations" attached to Common Council File 101154).
