Minutes approved. 3. Accept request by Quest Milwaukee to withdraw charter school approval. Moved by Mike Daun and seconded by Gayle Peay. Motion passes 5-0 4. Accept request by Milwaukee School of Academics and Character to withdraw charter approval. Motion made by Kevin Ingram. Seconded by Gayle Peay. Passes 5-0 Appearances by Rochelle Regenauer, board chair, and Diane Pollard, board member. Mike Daun commended the board members for their courage in making the decision to not pruuse opening a charter school. 5. Approve name change for CEO Leadership Academy to Milwaukee Collegiate Academy. Motion by Sandra Robinson. Seconded by Mike Daun. Passes 5-0. Members of the Common Council and its standing committees who are not members of this committee may attend this meeting to participate or to gather information. Notice is given that this meeting may constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of its standing committees, although they will not take any formal action at this meeting. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
