North 10th Street, on the north side of West Highland Avenue, east of
North 10th Street, in the 4th Aldermanic District, relative to a
Development Incentive Zone (DIZ) known as the Brewery Project,
established by Section 295-1007.0010 of the Milwaukee Code.
