Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from August 14, 2017 A motion was made by Whitney Gould, seconded by J. Allen Stokes, that this be . Allen Stokes, that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED.
