Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from July 16, 2018. Member Gould moved approval, seconded by member Jacquart, of the meeting minutes from July 16, 2018. There was no objection. Zoning - Public Hearing 1:30 P.M. 2. 180115 A substitute ordinance relating to the parking of all-terrain and utility terrain vehicles on unpaved surfaces. Sponsors: Ald. Sponsors: Ald. Murphy Individual appearing: Kurt Sprangers, Dept. of Public Works Member Bloomingdale joined the committee at 1:37 p.m. Individual appearing to testify with concerns: Vi Hawkins, Dineen Park resident Member Gould moved approval, seconded by member Jacquart.
