Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting. The meeting convened at 9:09 AM Patricia Hintz appeared via phone. Individual also present: Atty. Peter Block Mr. Kalscheur moved approval of the minutes, seconded by Ms. Barndt. There were no objections. Present: 4 - Hintz, Barndt, Shelledy, Kalscheur Excused: 1 - Wacker 2. The Board may convene into closed session to hear disciplinary matters and related information pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., and to consider and render confidential advice pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats. Ms. Barndt moved to convened in to closed session, seconded by Mr. Kalscheur. The Board convened in to closed session at 9:14 AM. 3. The Board may then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. Mr. Kalscheur moved to reconvened in to open session, seconded by Ms. Barndt. The Board reconvened in to open session at 9:53 AM. 4. Report from staff assistant relating to office activities of the previous month. Ms. Kuether-Steele stated 2 requests for confidential opinion were received. She added that she has spoken with the Mayor's Office regarding adding new members to the Board and they are working on it. She asked about having a discussion regarding the Y footnotes. The Board decided to wait until the next meeting and to further research the idea. She stated that she is working with Atty. Block regarding the delinquent filers. Atty. Parking tickets must be validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
