The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of January 21, 2015? There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Ald. Coggs moved that the Council dissolve itself into a Committee of the Whole. There were no objections. Ald. Wade arrived at 9:13 A.M. Divine Savior Holy Angels High School Girls Basketball Team, Pius XI High School Girls Basketball Team, and Young Coggs Preparatory Academy Boys Basketball Team were honored. The first anniversary of the Cesar E. Chavez optional city holiday was recognized. Ald. Wade moved that the Committee rise. There were no objections.
