There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Zielinski moved that the Common Council resolve itself in the committee of the whole for the purposes of hearing oral arguments on behalf of the complainant or the licenses in opposition to the report and recommendation and then a statement by the City Attorney.
