The pledge of allegiance was said, followed by a moment of silence.
There were no corrections to the minutes.
Ald. Perez moved that the Council convene into a committee of the whole. There were no
objections.

Ald. Lewis moved common council raises to go into a committee to hear members of
the public who were present.

Ald. Lewis moved committee raises. There were no objections.
