There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Ald. Perez moved that the Common Council resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purposes of making a presentation. There was no objection. Officers Alexander Ayala and Jose Acevedo were recognized and escorted by Ald. Perez, Donovan, Witkowski, Bohl, and Johnson. Ald. Donovan moved that the Committee of the Whole now rises.
