The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of June 20, 2017 There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Ald. Coggs moved for the Common Council to resolve itself into Committee of the Whole for the purpose of making a presentation congratulating Ms. Bria Smith on being named Miss Juneteenth 2017 and Ms. Eriana Martin on being name Little Miss Juneteenth 2017.
