The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of July 31, 2017? There being none, the minutes of the meetings were approved without objection. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. 151657 A substitute ordinance relating to residency restrictions for sex offenders. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Ald. Murphy moved that the Common Council resolved itself into Committee of the Whole to hear new information from the City Attorney's Office. There were no objections. Appearing before the Council under Committee of the Whole: Nicholas DeSiato, Assistant City Attorney Elleny Christopoulos, Assistant City Attorney Ald.
