The Pledge of Allegiance was said as well as a prayer led by Pastor Jim Sussex.
There were no corrections to the minutes of the previous Council meeting.

Presentation from His Honor, Mayor Tom Barrett, relating to his proposed 2018 executive
budget.
Ald. Coggs moved that the Council go into a committee of the whole. Ald. Coggs
moved that the Committee rise and the Mayor's Budget be submitted to Finance and
Personnel Commitee for review as well as a proposed public hearing relating to the
2018 budget.
Pres. Hamilton presented the winners of the Frank P. Zeidler award: Jesus Salas and
Reggie Jackson.

relative to licenses.

Nonrenewal, based on the police report and aldermanic testimony, of the Class B
