Introduction of Officials Present. The President acknowledged the following individuals present at the dais: Chair of the Finance and Personnel Committee, Ald. Milele Coggs City Attorney Grant Langley City Treasurer Spencer Coggs City Comptroller Martin Matson Mayor Tom Barrett 4. Public Hearing on the Mayor's Proposed 2018 Executive Budget. A list of those individuals who appeared adn spoke at the hearing, in order of appearance, as well as a list of those who appeared and registered but did not wish to speak, is attached to Common Council File Number 170001. 5. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to register with the City Clerk's License Division.
