THE CHAIR. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote:

2. Discussion of the 2020-2024 Five Year Consolidated Plan Process & The Regional Analysis
of Impediments (AI)
Mr. Mahan covered this item with his presentation of the 2020 Funding Allocation Plan.
No action was needed.
