Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting. Ms. Barndt requested changes to #3 of the February 16, 2016 minutes to capitalize "staff assistant". Mr. Kalscheur moved approval of the minutes as amended, seconded by Ms. Davis. There were no objections. 2. The Board may convene into closed session to hear disciplinary matters and related information pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., and to consider and render confidential advice pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats. Mr. Shelledy moved convened into closed session, seconded by Mr. Kalschuer. There were no objections. The Board convened into closed session at 9:11 AM. 3. The Board may then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. Mr. Shelledy moved to reconvened into open session, seconded by Mr. Kalscheur. There were no objections. The Board reconvened into open session at 10:22 AM after discussing a request for a confidential opinion from Health Department Commissioner Bevan Baker. 4. Report from staff assistant relating to office activities of the previous month. All but 15 annual statements have been received. Parking tickets must be validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
