Stats., for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, and conferring with the City Attorney who will render oral or written advice with respect to litigation in which the City is or is likely to become involved. The committee will then convene into open session for the regular agenda. Ald. Dudzik moved that the Finance and Personnel Committee may convene into closed session, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(e) and (g), Wis.
