The Finance and Personnel Committee may convene into closed session, pursuant to s.
19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of conducting specified public business whenever
competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The committee will then
convene into open session for the regular agenda.
Ald. Coggs moved that the Finance and Personnel Committee convene into closed
session, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of conducting

closed session.

Ald. Dudzik moved that the Finance and Personnel Committee convene into open
session. There were no objections.

1. 140208 Substitute resolution approving a change in design for employee
health and prescription drug benefits for 2015.
