FPC19164 Communication regarding changes to the 2019 Positions Ordinance Attachments: Communication regarding changes to the 2019 Positions Ordinance Email Response from Commissioner Cabrera PLACED ON FILE Motion to Adjourn The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session in City Hall, room 301-B, 200 East Wells Street, on the request to change the 2019 Positions Ordinance in the Police Department pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(d) to consider strategy for crime detection or prevention, or Section 19.85 (1)(g) to confer with a representative of the City Attorney's Office who will render oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, if neccesary. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids.
