Executive Session
The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners will meet in open session on the following items:
1. FPC19182 Resolution to approve Hardship Residency Exemption Renewal Request
2. FPC19176 Resolution to approve changes to the 2019 Positions Ordinance
3. FPC19184 Resolution to approve Rule V, Section 4 Update with Position Title Change
from Safety and Civic Coordinator to Program Assistant III
The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session in City Hall, Room 301-B, 200 East Wells
Street, on the following requests: residency exemption, changes in the 2019 Positions Ordinance, or Rule V,
Section 4 Update with Position Title Change in the Police Department pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) to
consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over
whom the Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, or Section 19.85 (1)(f) Wis. Stats. to consider
financial, medical, social or personal histories of specific candidates for employment which, if discussed in
public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in
such histories, or Section 19.85 (1)(g) to confer with a representative of the City Attorney's Office who will
render oral or written advice conerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it
is or is likely to become involved, if neccesary. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any
such item following the closed session.
