Executive Session
The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners will meet in open session on the following items:
1. Communication relating to the consideration of applicants for Fire and Police Chief, and the
discussion and formulation of strategies to be adopted regarding contract negotiations with
said applicants
Motion to Adjourn
The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session in City Hall, Room 301-B, 200 East Wells
Street, pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) and (e) Wis. Stats. for the purposes of considering employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of public employees over which the FPC has
jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and deliberating or negotiating the investing of public funds and
conducting other specified public business involving competition or bargaining, if neccesary. The Board may
then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session.
