Stats. to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any pbulic employee over whom the Board has jurisdiction or exercies responsibility, to wit: exemption of Community Service Officer and Program Assisstant positions or (d) Wis. Stats. to consider strategy for crime detection or prevention to wit: Milwaukee Police Department Standard Operating Procedure 130-Foreign Nationals-Diplomatic Immunity-Immigration Enforcement, if neccesary. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session.
