Ald. Kovac stated some community members had questions, but it is a food first business. Applicant wants to reserve the right to amend application to remain open until 2 AM if they're consistently busy. Ald. Kovac moved to amend the application to closing at 1 AM. (Prevailed 5-0) Ald. She has not had any loitering at any of her other locations. The trucks can be scheduled to have minimal impact on the neighbors and employees are expected to clean up trash and maintain property. Randy Roth 2619 E Wood PL, Shorewood of Endeavour Group the real estate developer and eventual owner, stated it is the responsiblity of his company to manage property. Individiuals also present: Ald. Bohl stated there were approximately 25 reisdents at community meeting with 10 residents in favor and 19 residents opposed. He stated the residents are concerned about panhandling, traffic congestion, littering, loitering, and security issues. He recommends a proactive security plan. Marna Feliciano 4906 N 108th St stated she is concerned about loitering, trucks coming through and added traffic, vandalism, trash, feels that it is not a good location because it is residential. Ald. Coggs stated she has seen trash and loitering at many locations throughout the City. She recommends holding until a real plan can be developed to deal with trash and loitering. Ald. Stated the premises plays loud music on Sunday night from 10 PM to 2 AM. He added that the bar was proactive in trying to solve the noise problem. Dr. Nathan Patterson 233 E Juneau #1305 stated he has called the police numerous times regarding the noise from the premises. Jonathan Zager 233 E Juneau #1008 stated he agrees with the previous speaker and has called the premises and no one answers the phone, he has also tried reaching out via Facebook to no avail. Brian Gilcinski 233 E Juneau #1007 stated he agrees with the previous speaker and the music is loudest on weeknights. Rich Galiano 1935 N Oakland stated he manages the Grohmann Tower and advises the residents to call the non-emergency number and report the noise. Ald. Puente moved to Hold to the Call of the Chair.
