The applicant stated in the last 3 months he has tried really hard to prevent loitering,
he has cameras running all the time, and he cleans up outside 4 times a day.
Individuals present in opposition:
Rev. James Brown, 3159 N 26th St stated there are people loitering, cars double
parked, drug dealing, prostitution, and drinking in front of the store all the time. He
added that he calls the police daily.
Octavia Parker, 2548 N 20th St stated she agrees with the previous speaker and as
an Amani community organizer has heard many concerns from residents.
Ald. Rainey moved to amend the plan of operation to attend the monthly Amani
neighborhood meeting and to complete CPTED annually. (Prevailed 3-0)

must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to
register with the City Clerk's License Division. Lobbyists appearing before a Common Council
committee are required to identify themselves as such. More information is available at
