Jose Garcia 3202 S 12th St stated that he is in opposition. He stated that patrons from the bar came out and there was an altercation involving those that were not allowed into the establishment. Ald. Zielinski asked Mr. Garcia if he witnessed patrons from the bar involved in the latest incident and stated that issues are ongoing at the establishment. Ald.
