He added that he spoke with Scott Campbell and there have been complaints of drunk patrons disrupting traffic. He stated DPW is working on road closures, creating one-way traffic, and limited access to the area, and this event will cause added strain to the area and police services. Tess Reiss 5th District Legislative Assistant stated she spoke with DPW Traffic and they stated this event would be disruptive. She provided a traffic map from DPW. Ald.
