Jim Bohl, 3214 N Colonial Dr stated this event will cause traffic disruption on other
roads in the area. He added that he spoke with Scott Campbell and there have been
complaints of drunk patrons disrupting traffic. He stated DPW is working on road
closures, creating one-way traffic, and limited access to the area, and this event will
cause added strain to the area and police services.
Tess Reiss 5th District Legislative Assistant stated she spoke with DPW Traffic and
they stated this event would be disruptive. She provided a traffic map from DPW.
Ald. Witkowski moved to enter the map into the record as exhibit #1. (Prevailed 3-0)
Ald. Johnson moved denial based on neighborhood testimony. (Prevailed 3-0)

Parking for persons attending City Hall meetings is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit) at the
Milwaukee Center (southwest corner of E. Kilbourn Ave. and N. Water St.) Parking tickets must be
validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to
register with the City Clerk's License Division. Lobbyists appearing before a Common Council
committee are required to identify themselves as such. More information is available at
