Sponsors: THE CHAIR 04 MCKINNIE, Jaleesa C, Agent for "Tipsy LLC", Class B Tavern License Application for "Tipsy" at 342 N WATER St #600. The applicant was present. Ald. Witkowski moved approval. (Prevailed 3-0) A motion was made by ALD. WITKOWSKI that this Motion be AMENDED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 3- Kovac, Witkowski and Johnson No 0 Excused 2- Coggs and Lewis 05 BAUGHMAN, Debra, Agent for "Cudahy Sports Boosters Inc", Class B Special License Application for "Cudahy Sports Boosters Inc" at 11144 W SILVER SPRING DR. The applicant stated she has done events with Scott Campbell in the past and will hire security for the event. She added that she currently has special Class B licenses in Greenfield and New Berlin. He added that he spoke with Scott Campbell and there have been complaints of drunk patrons disrupting traffic. He stated DPW is working on road closures, creating one-way traffic, and limited access to the area, and this event will cause added strain to the area and police services. Tess Reiss 5th District Legislative Assistant stated she spoke with DPW Traffic and they stated this event would be disruptive. She provided a traffic map from DPW. Ald. Witkowski moved to enter the map into the record as exhibit #1. (Prevailed 3-0) Ald. Johnson moved denial based on neighborhood testimony. (Prevailed 3-0) A motion was made by ALD. JOHNSON that this Motion be AMENDED.
