Roll Call The meeting convened at 4:03 PM Individual also present: Sally Witte, Department of City Development Present 11 - Murphy, DeLind, Kingsbury, Morris, Flores, Kosarzycki, Murphy, Klose, Balistreri, Hill and Garcia Excused 6 - Cubias, McSweeney, Fraker, Kovac, Harpole and Layden 2. Review and Approval of the Previous Meeting Minutes Mr. Murphy moved approval of the minutes, seconded by Mr. DeLind. There were no objections. 3. Public Art Subcommittee Report Ms. Morris stated the Subcommittee had presentations of the 4 applicants for the New Work Fund and recommendations will be made at the next meeting. Ms. Morris moved to amend the grant from the Conservation Fund for Dick Blau for $564.63 from $565, seconded by Ms. Kingsbury. There were no objections. 4. Grants Update Ms. Witte stated 43 grant applications have been received. She also provided a list of all of the current projects the Arts Board is currently funding. 5. Old Business There was no old business. 7. Announcements Ms. Kosarzycki stated she was contacted by Congresswoman Gwen Moore regarding the congressional high school art competition. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division. Registered lobbyists appearing before a Common Council committee are required to identify themselves as such. More information is available at http://city.milwaukee.gov/Lobbying.
