1. Roll Call
The meeting convened at 3:05 PM
Individual also present: Sally Witte, Department of City Development
Present 4 - McSweeney, Morris, Murphy and Klose

2. Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Ms. Klose moved approval of the minutes of November 10, 2015, seconded by Mr.
Murphy. There were no objections.

Murphy. There were no objections.
3. New Work Fund
Polly Morris presented the following project proposals for the New Work Fund:
Garden District Neighborhood Association requested funding for "Turtle Island" which
are turtle shaped planters for community garden by Artist John Cook.
Haggerty Museum of Art requested funding for "Happiness Project: Under
Construction" which is a film project by Artist Kirstin Leenaars.
Friends of Hank Aaron State Trail requested funding for "The Milwaukee Road
Monument" which is a public art project on the Hank Aaron State Trail, the artist has
yet to be selected.
Riverworks Development Corporation requested funding for "Street Art" on the
Beerline Trail Extension, the artists have yet to be selected.
The applicants will attend the next meeting to present on their projects.
4. Conservation Fund
Polly Morris presented the following project proposals for the Conservation Fund:
Dick Blau requested $564.63 for the restoration of the "Polka Time" photograph at the
Wisconsin Center. Ms. McSweeney moved to fund the request, seconded by Mr.
Murphy. There were no objections.
The 5 Points Neighborhood Association submitted a proposal and will be invited to
the April meeting for clarification.

Polly Morris stated there will be a meeting of the Fr. Groppi Project on Friday.

tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
