The meeting convened at 4:07 p.m.

2. Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Ms. Morris moved approval, seconded by Mr. DeLind. There were no objections.
3. Public Art Subcommittee Report
Ms. Morris moved, seconded by Ms. Layden to fund from the Conservation Fund the
Friends of Juneau Park project at $4,436 and with funds becoming available after
50% of the fundraising goal is reached. There were no objections.
Ms. Morris moved, seconded by Ms. Layden to fund at $5,000, from the Conservation
Fund for the conservation Wisconsin Black Historical Society wall where the mural
will be created and to fund at $250 from the New Work Fund the Wisconsin Black
Historical Society mural "The Gift". There were no objections.
4. Grants Update
Ms. Witte stated all contracts are in and projects are underway.

6. Announcements
Mr. Flores announced that the Boulevard Theater will perform "Where the Streetcar
Bends the Corner" next month.

tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
