David Rackum 5307 W Mill Rd. stated he is in support of road but not sidewalk on the north side of the street. Ted Mcnamara 5519 W Woolworth Ave. stated he is in support of project and agrees that the sidewalk is not needed on the north side. Mary Dziewiontkoski - DPW stated Ald. Lewis is in support of not installing sidewalk on the north side of the street and installing on the south side as necessary. Ald. Bauman moved approval as amended. (Prevailed 5-0) N. 84th St. – W. Brentwood Ave. to W. Green Tree Rd. (ST211170183): Install traffic calming speed table(s). Dave Ackenbach 6738 N 84th St. stated he dispute that his property will benefit from this project. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
