Bauman stated he has received noise complaints regarding the pedal taverns. He requested that they stay off 3rd St and not stop at Camp Bar. The applicant stated the main concern is safety. He added that he has instructed their employees to stay off of 3rd St. He stated he has never received complaints regarding Camp Bar. Ald. Bauman moved to amend the plan of operation to exclude use of the pedal taverns on the entire block bounded by E Menomonee St, E Corcoran St, N Jefferson St, and N Jackson St. (Prevailed 5-0) Ald.
