Sponsors: THE CHAIR Individuals present: John Ledvina - Legislative Reference Bureau Ald. Kovac, Lewis and Johnson Tracy Sparrow - Next Door Foundation principal Dr. Mo Flanders - Wisconsin Institute of Law and Liberty Held to see if MPS will charter this school. A motion was made by ALD. ZIELINSKI that this Motion be HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 8- Hamilton, Coggs, Murphy, Zielinski, Stamper, Bohl, Borkowski and Donovan No 0 2. 160035 Motion amending the Common Council Procedure and Rules relating to the committee assignment for the Department of Neighborhood Services. Bohl Common Council members who are not members of this committee may attend this meeting to participate or to gather information. This meeting may constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of its standing committees although no formal action will be taken at this meeting. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to register with the City Clerk's License Division.
