Stamper Tom Miller and Calvin Furman - City Attorney's Office The City Attorney's Office would like an amendment that would clarify in the 3rd Further Resolved clause that the school will pay for the testing. The city would modify the schools' contracts to require the testing at all schools. Ald. Bohl moves to accept Proposed Sub A. There were no objections. Wells St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(g), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of conferring with the City Attorney who will render oral or written advice with respect to litigation in which the city is or is likely to become involved. Ald.
