CDBG Reprogramming Update Appearance: Steven Mahan Rafael Acevedo Mario Higgins Mr. Mahan went over the CDGA 2016 RFP packet that, will be release May 26, 2016 4. Follow up on #NoFreeRides Appearance by Bill Arnold and Dusting Weiss 5. Violence Prevention Program -- Member Lofton Member Lofton shared a video with council members and urged them to share it on their facebook pages. 6. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
