Roll Call Handy Lofton Gambrell-Toliver Dunn Truss Haywood, II Alcantara McDade Brown Estremera-Maldonado Gonzalez Hoeschen Hines The pledge of allegiance was said. 3. Inauguration of Milwaukee Youth Council Members Members took their oath of office. Mayor Tom Barrett addressed the council. The office of the council president addressed the youth council by Ms. Arlisia McHenry. 4. Introduction of members All district representatives introduced themselves and family and friends that came with them. Districts 7 and 10 are vacant at this time. 5. Members of the Common Council and its standing committees who are not members of this committee may attend this meeting to participate or to gather information. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
