Inauguration of Milwaukee Youth Council Members Members took their oath of office. Mayor Tom Barrett addressed the council. The office of the council president addressed the youth council by Ms. Arlisia McHenry. 4. Introduction of members All district representatives introduced themselves and family and friends that came with them. Districts 7 and 10 are vacant at this time. 5. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
