1. 130153 A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from
Multi-Family Residential to Detailed Planned Development, for a
mixed-use building, on land located on the south side of West
Wisconsin Avenue, west of North 89th Street, in the 10th Aldermanic
District.

2. 130286 A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from
Two-Family Residential to Commercial Service, on land located the
west side of North 36th Street and north of West Lisbon Avenue, to
permit expansion of an existing business and create uniform zoning
and the change in zoning from Commercial Service to Two-Family

Residential, on land located on the east side of North 35th Street and
north of West Lisbon Avenue, to create uniform zoning, in the 15th
Aldermanic District.

"East Lisbon Avenue." (Prevailed 4-0)
A motion was made by ALD. WADE that this Ordinance be AMENDED. This
motion PREVAILED by the following vote:

130286 A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from
Two-Family Residential to Commercial Service, on land located the
west side of North 36th Street and north of East Lisbon Avenue, to

and the change in zoning from Commercial Service to Two-Family
Residential, on land located on the east side of North 35th Street and
north of East Lisbon Avenue, to create uniform zoning, in the 15th
Aldermanic District.

President Hines and Mr. Misky both said that the resolution needed further
corrections.
Ald. Bohl said that corrections can be offerred through a substitution at the Common
Council meeting.
