Sponsors: Ald. Kovac and Ald. Bohl The Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee may convene into closed session on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 8:15 A.M. in Room 301-B, City Hall, 200 E. Wells St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(g), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of conferring with the City Attorney who will render oral or written advice with respect to litigation in which the city is or is likely to become involved and then will go into open session for the regular agenda. ---Note: If action is taken on CCFN 160339, it may be referred to the Common Council for action at its regular meeting to be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Common Council members who are not members of this committee may attend this meeting to participate or to gather information. This meeting may constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of its standing committees although no formal action will be taken at this meeting.
