Minutes of the Board of Assessors Meeting of September 6, 2012 A meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on Thursday, September 6, 2012 in Room 208, 2nd floor of City Hall. The meeting was called to order at 8:15 AM by Chair Dominic D'Antoni. Members Present: Dominic D'Antoni Kevin Moriarty George Farrington Assessing Staff Present: Angelo Marino Cheryl Walley Minutes of the Meeting: The minutes for the meeting held on August 30, 2012 were approved. Abatement Requests Presented: A complete listing of all abatements approved/denied is available in the Assessor’s Office. Due to the confidential discussion of pending litigation, the following motion was made: MOTION BY George Farrington to go into non-public session to discuss matters relating to pending litigation. SECONDED BY Kevin Moriarty. MOTION CARRIED unanimously. MOTION BY Dominic D'Antoni to come out of non-public session. SECONDED BY Kevin Moriarty. MOTION CARRIED unanimously. MOTION BY Dominic D'Antoni to seal the minutes of the non-public session. SECONDED BY George Farrington. MOTION CARRIED unanimously. MOTION BY Dominic D'Antoni to accept the draft agreement with Dartmouth Hitchcock as written, for a PILOT agreement. SECONDED BY George Farrington. MOTION CARRIED unanimously.
