Board of Registrars

Minutes Board of Registrars’ Meeting September 6, 2012 10:00 a.m. City Clerk’s Conference Room, City Hall Present: Kathryn Fogal, Michael Popovich, and Carol Cordero. Also present: City Clerk Paul Bergeron. 1. The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:05 am. 2. M. Popovich moved to accept the minutes of the Board of Registrars’ meeting of January 5, 2012. Seconded by C. Cordero. Motion passed. 3. The City Clerk provided a copy of the Secretary of State’s information sheet relative to the new voter ID law and explained how the new requirements were going to be managed during the Primary Election. 4. C. Cordero moved to accept the deletions, additions and corrections to the checklist since the Board’s last session. Seconded by M. Popovich. Motion passed. 5. M. Popovich moved to certify the checklist for use at the State Primary Election on September 11, 2012. Seconded by C. Cordero. Motion passed. 6. The next item was the appointment of the following individuals to serve as Deputy Voter Registrars for the September 11, 2012, State Primary Election.
