City of Nashua Division of Public Health & Community Services 18 Mulberry Street, Nashua, NH 03060 BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING August 10, 2011 12:30 PM 57 Gilson Road Nashua, NH 03062 MEETING MINUTES BOH Members Present: Dr. Anthony Storace, Dr. Ajay Sharma, Dr. Peter Klementowicz, Aldermen Present: Lori Wilshire Staff Present: Kerran Vigroux, Patty Crooker, Ashley Conley, Victoria Alabi The Board was given the July 2011 reports for each department, current Board of Health budget, the April and June 2011 BOH Meeting Minutes, and notice of the Third Annual Project Employment Connect from Bob Mack. Meeting called to order at 12:30 p.m. by Dr. Storace 1. Vote on April 2011 Minutes: a. Motion presented by Dr. Klementowicz to approve April 2011 Minutes b. Dr. Sharma Seconded the Motion c. Approved unanimously 2. Vote on June 2011 Minutes: a. Motion presented by Dr. Klementowicz to approve June 2011 Minutes b. Dr. Sharma Seconded the Motion c. Approved unanimously 3. It was decided that the July 2011 department reports would be reviewed at the next meeting, which will be held September 14, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. 1  4. Tour of 57 Gilson Road Warehouse was given by Patty Crooker a. Please see attached notes that were presented to the attendees by Patty Cooker, Regional Public Health Preparedness Coordinator for the City of Nashua Public Heath and Community Services. 5. Kerran Vigroux gave an update on the WNV mosquito pool in Nashua. 6. Ashley Conley gave an update on Lyme Disease Surveillance.
