City of Nashua Division of Public Health & Community Services 18 Mulberry Street, Nashua, NH 03060 BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING November 11, 2013 12:30 PM 18 Mulberry Street, 2nd floor Nashua, NH 03060 MEETING MINUTES BOH Members Present: Dr. Ajay Sharma Dr. Anthony Storace Formal Meeting was called to order at 12:35 pm. Board members were given an agenda and copies of the department reports. Minutes: Dr. Sharma made a motion to accept the September 2013 and October 2013 minutes. Dr. Storace seconded. Department Reports Department Managers and Program Coordinators present summarized their monthly reports which are attached to these minutes. Kerran announced that Susan Myers has been hired as the new Community Health Department Manager and she will begin at the end of December. Patty announced that Lisa Vasquez has been hired as the new Substance Misuse Coordinator under the Public Health Network Services Grant. Ms. Vasquez will begin on 12/9/13.
