City of Nashua Division of Public Health & Community Services 18 Mulberry Street, Nashua, NH 03060 BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING January 8, 2013 12:30 PM 18 Mulberry Street, 2nd floor Nashua, NH 03060 MEETING MINUTES BOH Members Present: Dr. Anthony Storace Dr. Ajay Sharma Dr. Alexander Granok, DPHCS Medical Director, was also present Meeting was called to order at 12:39 pm. Board members were given an agenda and copies of the department reports. Minutes: Dr. Sharma made a motion to accept the December 2013 minutes. Dr. Storace seconded. Kerran Vigroux introduced Susan Myers, the new Community Health Department Manager. Kerran updated the Board regarding their annual stipend checks and member terms. Department Reports Department Managers and Program Coordinators summarized their monthly reports. Dr. Granok requested the annual data on STD’s, and Dr. Storace requested the annual Lyme cases. Ashley Conley will provide that information for the next meeting. 1 Aldermanic Liaison Alderman Wilshire thanked the Environmental Health Department for their support and guidance as the Nashua Children’s Home was writing its Food Safety Plan. Public Comments – None Motion to Adjourn by Dr. Sharma Seconded by Dr. Storace Meeting adjourned at 1:15 p.m. In accordance with the 2014 Board of Health Meeting Schedule, the next meeting will be on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 12:30-1:30 pm. 2
