City of Nashua Division of Public Health & Community Services 18 Mulberry Street, Nashua, NH 03060 BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING February 11, 2015 12:30 PM 18 Mulberry Street, 2nd floor Nashua, NH 03060 MEETING MINUTES BOH Members Present: Dr. Anthony Storace, Chair Dr. Thomas Astolfi Board members were given an agenda, January minutes, and copies of the department reports. An informational only meeting was called to order at 12:33 pm because there was no quorum. A quorum was met at 12:40 upon the arrival of Dr. Astolfi. Alderman Lori Wilshire informed Director Vigroux that she was unable to attend the meeting. Minutes: Dr. Astolfi made a motion to accept the January, 2015 minutes, Dr. Storace seconded the motion. Unanimous passage. Reports Department Managers and Program Coordinators summarized their reports for the month of January, 2014. Errors were detected with the Community Health Department’s reporting of case numbers and Kerran will follow up with Jackie. Kerran informed the Board that Risk Management is working with the City’s Insurance carrier to issue an Indemnification letter for Board members. Public Comments None Dr. Astolfi made a motion to adjourn. Dr. Storace seconded the motion. The Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 1:15 pm. The next meeting will be on March 11, 2015. 1
