Previous month’s minutes were not in the packets for members. Informational meeting was called to order at 12:45 pm as there was no quorum. A quorum was met at 1:00pm upon arrival of Dr. Storace. Minutes: Dr. Astolfi made a motion to accept July, 2015 minutes, Dr. Storace seconded the motion. Unanimous passage. Reports Department Managers and Program Coordinators summarized their reports for the month of July, 2015. Public Comments None Dr. Storace made a motion to adjourn. Dr. Astolfi seconded the motion. The motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 1:15 pm. The next meeting will be on September 9, 2015. 1
