Meeting started at 4:05pm
In attendance: Joy Barrett, Charlie Matthews, Carolyn Mortellaro, Frank Mellen, Alderman Dick Larose, Scot
Weisman, Marilyn Solomon, Judy Carlson from the Friends of the Hunt
Correspondence:
The cost estimate for the Hunt Restoration Building – Mayor Lozeau concerned and Charlie will arrange a
meeting with her office. Also, Board Trustees are meeting Dec. 7th to discuss the cost estimate
Proposal for the use study – Submitted by Cram and Ferguson Architects. Will be reviewed during the meeting
December 7th at 7pm.
Some returned mail for the invitation for the Open House.
Email from Honey Hastings. Requested a refund of $140. We would return $250 to Honey Hastings
Motion made by Frank to refund money ($250)to Honey Hastings. seconded by Scot. All in favor. Motion
carries.
Motion made by Frank to accept correspondence, seconded by Scot. All in favor. Motion carries.
Secretary’s Report:
Motion to accept November 2010 made by Charlie, seconded by Scot. All in favor. Motion carries.

Motion to accept November 2010 Financials made by Frank seconded by Marilyn. All in favor. Motion
carries.
Administrator’s Report:
Open House Pre-construction was a huge success. We sold 5 books during the event.
Carolyn would like to organize another tour, especially for the Alderman and Mayor Lozeau.

Maintenance Report:
Carolyn had J. Lawrence Hall provide an estimate to fix the valve on the furnace, approximately $95. The work
was ordered.
Motion to accept Maintenance Report made by Frank, seconded by Rosalie. All in Favor. Motion carries.
Status of Renovations:
Water Infiltration Remediation Project: Amy Gill and Ethan are scheduling a meeting next week.
Renovation: Review and prioritize the estimated budget that we received.
Events:
Please see Carolyn’s event sheet for additional (and updated) events.
Motion to send a letter of appreciation to the Friends of the Hunt for their volunteer work and decorating of
the Hunt made by Marilyn, seconded by Scot. All in Favor.
Fundraising:
No fundraising to report this month.
Friends of the Hunt:
Sherrilyn Bellavance is providing palm reading for the get in Touch at the Hunt – January 9th (11:30 to 4pm).
The Friends are collecting items for the raffle. Friends will receive the percentage of the take from the
readings. $5 to $10 from each reading and 10% of all sales.
We have the window at 100 Main Street to promote events at the Hunt.
Organizing Sunday with your sweetheart at the Hunt…more details to come
Parks and Rec. are in contact with the Friends about the Photo with Santa for next year at the Stroll.
