Correspondence:
● We have received a $20 donation from Joyce Kingman from the sale of one of her prints of the Hunt Memorial
Building along with a very nice note.
●Lovely note of thanks received from Marvis Mellen who is recovering nicely.
●Email from Mrs. LaRose, Dick is home from the hospital but unable to attend Tuesday meetings due to treatments.
Status of Renovations/Maintenance:
● The motion detector light at the handicapped ramp has been determined to be faulty. Jay Hunnewell has purchased a
new one and will install it. (STILL PENDING)
●New toilet paper holders in the lower level ladies room and a new paper towel dispenser in the handicapped restroom
are being installed. (STILL PENDING)
●Clarion System has been returned to the Hunt, is wired and in the administrators office. Partial power has been
established but we are currently unable to get it fully functional. I have called the manufacturer and connected them
with Jay to resolve the issue. Everyone misses the chimes! (STILL PENDING)
Administrator’s Report:
●The Business After Hours event was a huge success! We had a FULL house, provided 80+ chamber of commerce
members with Christmas cheer provided by Bellavance Beverage and Fody’s Great American Tavern, passed out building
information (both private rental and leasable office space), were available to guided tours and answered lots of
questions. We sold XX books and received $XX in donations. Thank you Cail, Joy and Frank for your help!
●Stephen Harriman from Mr. Sandless® attended our BAH event. He saw our “wish list” flyer and has offered to donate
his services to refinish the main foyer and entry-way! He will begin work on January 28th.
● I haven’t heard from anyone regarding the Friends of the Symphony 2013 House tour.
●I have advertised our office rentable space on Craig’s List! Hoping the inquiries will start pouring in!
●I had a conversation with Rebecca Dixon with GAD regarding the Taste of Nashua scheduled for June 5th.
I let her know we are very much interested in being a venue! The Taste committee will hold their first meeting on the
22nd of January and welcome new volunteers, hint, hint!
●Aaron Doherty from White Rabbit marketing firm attended our BAH event and is preparing a presentation on social
media fundraising. He has offered his services at no cost! I meet with him on January 17th.
