Administrator’s Report, Correspondence, Status of Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar:  Confirmation letter from the State of New Hampshire regarding ACT name change. Letter will accompany lease agreement at the city departments.  Still need donors for the Festival of Trees. Cail will contact more people for final contracts.  Policies for tenants use of public space (events) was reviewed and combined into one policy. New Business:  Marketing plan for the Hunt Building for 2013-2014 in order to define position, define target market, set goals and define strategies. Public Comment: None Coming in ......November.....  History of the Hunt by Cail Bellavance  Festival of Trees  Fund raiser for restore doors  Marketing plan Joy Barrett moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 pm Respectfully submitted Tammy Crisp Page 2 of 3 Administrator Report Respectfully Submitted by Carolyn Mortellaro Hunt Building Board of Trustee Meeting October 8, 2013 Correspondence: ●Royalty check from Arcadia Publishing received and deposited ($58.36). ●Confirmation letter from State of New Hampshire regarding ACT name change; copies made to accompany lease within city departments. ●Usage request from ACT for December. Status of Renovations/Maintenance: ●Repairs are up to date, nothing pending. ●Wireless intercom system installation still pending as we wait for funding. ●Jay Hunnewell is scheduling the switch between HVAC to heat at the Hunt. System is semi-automatic. Administrator’s Report: ●We need volunteers to call potential donators for the Festival of Trees! ●GFS proposal arrived and should be considered for next budget cycle. For now the Admin will have to supplement. ●Updates need to be considered for complementary usage of the private rental function space for city wide employees as well as tenants.
