Hunt Building Board of Trustee Meeting
September 3, 2013
Correspondence:
●Email from Judy Carlson asking for donation of note cards to use as fundraiser. Cail will elaborate.
Status of Renovations/Maintenance:
●Repairs are up to date, nothing pending.
●Wireless intercom system installation still pending as we wait for funding.
Administrator’s Report:
●2nd Festival of Trees commitment form arrived! Ikebana Flower will participate. Cail and I will be getting
together the week of September 9th to plan for calling those businesses we haven’t heard from etc.
●I met with Patrick Meighan of GFS to give him a tour of the building and requested a cleaning quote. With 5
tenants and multiple monthly meetings, our cleaning are changing so I am working to find the best (reliable)
clean at the best price.
●Frank followed up with the Nashua Historical Society to determine interest in participating in a progressive
dinner event sponsored by the trustees and including First Church. There seems to be interest but with this year
being our first annual Festival of Trees and the Attorney General investigation still ongoing, we are postponing
event to 2014.
Next meeting Tuesday, October 8, 2013 – 4:30pm – Hunt Memorial Building
