Nashua Area Artists have vacated premises…I have put in a check request for their security deposit…They will al-
so be paying us ½ month’s rent which I hope to receive along with the keys any day now.
I have filed away a letter received for The Friends of The Hunt from the Dept of Justice (annual report certificate)
Unfortunately, the $5000 grant Carolyn applied for was denied…
Joy and I met with GAD to discuss some concerns they had surrounding the Complimentary Common Space Us-
age Form…I believe we’ve dispelled any concerns they had…We are working on changing some items on that
form.
Received the final draft of the Jackson Falls MOA…just awaiting signatures…Jen Hinderer, Cail Belavance and
Kathy Smith will sign on behalf of The Hunt Memorial Building
Testimonial on behalf of the Board of Trustees was sent out to Schroeder Construction (this was emailed to the
board this week)
Status of Renovations/Maintenance:
Jay Hunnewell is putting together some figures so we have an idea as to what maintenance fees would cost if we
were to use The City for cleaning etc. vs. contracting out
Leaks are continuing in the Main Room…to the right and the left of the fire place…they are being observed by
maintainence…I’ve spoken with Jay about having the water stains painted.

I booked a $500 event for May…I also have two potential events depending on decided fee structure

in participating?
Audit trail software for keyless entry is being reviewed by City of Nashua IT department….We purchased soft-
ware when lock was installed, IT is determining whether we can use it with current set up…that perhaps we
need a lap top at the Hunt vs. Desktop to make it feasible.
Leah Belanger of the Actor’s Group called in a lock smith one evening because she locked herself out of her of-
fice…a new barrel is required…I sent out an email to all tenants requesting that they call me in case of emergen-
