Meeting held at The Hunt Memorial Building
In attendance: Jennifer Hinderer, Kathy Smith, Cail Bellavance, Tammy Crisp, Rosalie McQuaid, Marilyn

Secretary’s Report:
Motion to accept the September Secretary’s Report . Made by Rosalie McQuaid second by Cail Bellavance .

Administrator’s Report, Correspondence, Status of Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar:
The Hunt Board of Tustees will be able to appove leases for new renters.
The Hunt Building has booked 13 holiday parties for 2014.
The Hunt Building will be Venue on the Holiday House Tour for the Symphony.
The Hunt Building will call Meri Goyette to be Mrs. Claus.
The Hunt building will be open later on the night of the stroll for people to go thru the festival of trees.

Motion to accept and place on file Administrator's Report, Correspondence, Status of
Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar for September: Made by Cail Bellavance second by
Rosalie McQuaid. All in favor. Motion carries.
Old Business:
Festival of Trees- 15 confirmed and 7 more to be confirmed. Thank you to Cail for reaching out to all
the venders.
New Business:
Money given in trust to the Hunt Memorial Building of $48,750.00 left by the Estate of Lydia Reed.
The Board of Trustees will determine how to spend the money.
Will talk to City of Nashua regarding dead scrubs and replacement. Need to find out how to replace
them and new design.
The building will be cleaned once a week or more as needed per Kathy.
